Oct. 23rd at 10am PST, Oscar joins Terry on Beyond Awakening for "Living the Mystery: Opening Up to Gaia’s Song of Grief and Love." I have developed a sitting meditation practice, despite tremendous fear and anxiety of doing so, and it is deeply rewarding and beneficial. I relate to myself with greater tenderness and compassion. Through Terry's masterful responses in the Q & A sessions, I have gained the courage to speak my actual fears and obstructions to practice, and had the experience of being so deeply held, understood, and received that it has broken my heart open to love and to God. I am unspeakably grateful to Terry and to the Divine Person he represents.
