Things are far too serious to lose our sense of humor! Sedona, AZ Weekend Workshop with Terry Patten
August 25, 2018 - August 26, 2018
Weekend Workshop Aug. 25 & 26
9:30am-4:30pm—$115 for the weekend or $85/day
Yavapai College, 4215 Arts Village Drive, Sedona AZ 86336
Terry will also offer two introductory talks at the same location—Aug. 22 & 23: 10am-12pm ($10 for one or both days, paid at the door).
Join best-selling author Terry Patten as he shares the embodied awakened consciousness and the cutting edge research synthesized in his recent book A New Republic of the Heart: An Ethos for Revolutionaries. He’ll explore the joyful paradox of our time—on the one hand, human civilization seems to be unraveling; on the other hand, we are presented with the blessed opportunity to “be the change” alongside our brothers and sisters on an evolutionary scale.
How can we thrive and create lives of meaning and purpose under our chaotic circumstances? What does it take to develop a relationship to “what time it is” on our planet that’s both clear-eyed and sober AND joyous and passionate?
Terry has helped hundreds of people go through profound, life-changing “soul initiations.”
During the weekend workshop he’ll offer:
- A series of short, powerful talks conveying key new insights about the nature of our situation, & how we can shift from crisis to opportunity
- Guided meditations & prayers leading to deeper levels of feeling, awareness & higher states of consciousness
- Circulating energy through movement, dance and laughter
- Powerful relational exercises focused on waking up, befriending one another & choosing wholeness
